"Scuffy" is an expanded PVC with superior abrasion resistance- an added vinyl skin is laminated with a high tech, geometric, embossing for a durable, top layer. This expanded supported vinyl is .045 x 54" and is backed by a strong knit fabric. Ideal for many applications including industrial-strength bags, orthotic shoe inserts, belts, toys and hobbies, loosleaf binders and advertising specialties, zipper bank bags and all types of sewn products.
