How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are dependent on destination and the weight and dimensions of your order. FedEx is our in-house freight carrier for material rolls or cartons. We cannot ship to PO Boxes via FedEx. Swatches are sent first class via USPS mail. You can easily calculate shipping rates before checking out by entering your address and clicking "get a quote" upon checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Sommers gladly accepts orders from around the globe. Your package may be subject to custom fees and import duties of the country to which it is being shipped. Sommers provides all necessary export and import documentation, commodity codes, and paperwork for your shipment.

How can I estimate my shipping time?

The Sommers team begins working on your order immediately following its placement. It's our aim to process, pull, cut and package your goods from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.  You are able to choose your preferred delivery method upon check out. FedEx picks up from our warehouse daily. Once the shipment has been made, we will notify you and include a tracking number via email. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will let you know immediately of how long it will take should you choose to back order.

What is your return and refund policy?

There is a 25% restocking fee for any item returned to Sommers, provided the material is uncut and in good condition. Sommers is not responsible for material once it is cut. Additionally, if damages occur while in transit, it is the customer's obligation to file a damage report with the responsible carrier.

We are committed to customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a return authorization number. Returns should be shipped with prepaid shipping, with the authorization number clearly marked on the package. You will be subsequently refunded or credited for the original invoice amount.
